PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

  • Collaborated with the city, facility officials and Dominion Power to calculate the highest demand on the building’s power system in order to modify the existing emergency power distribution system 

  • The existing main distribution switchboard and panels were reconfigured to introduce load-sharing, where emergency loads served by the existing 475 kW emergency generator would be efficiently prioritized
